Annual Document in Accordance with § 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (Wertpapierprospektgesetz – WpPG)

Pursuant to § 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act ("Wertpapierprospektgesetz", hereinafter referred to as "WpHG"), which entered into force on 1 July 2005, an issuer whose securities are authorized for trading on an organized market shall make available to the public at least once per year a document containing or referring to all information published by the issuer during the preceding twelve months due to certain capital market regulations.
