Supervisory Board
Karl Heinz Achinger
Karl Heinz Achinger, chairman of the Supervisory Board, was one of the founders of debis Systemhaus GmbH and served as chairman of the management until spring 2000; he was also a member of the Management Board of debis AG. Following the acquisition of debis Systemhaus GmbH by Deutsche Telekom AG, he was responsible for integrating debis Systemhaus into T-Systems – a division of Deutsche Telekom AG – until the end of December 2000 as Chief Executive Officer of T-Systems. Since the beginning of 2001, he has worked as a freelance management consultant in Munich. From December 2002 to September 2003, the Supervisory Board of Software AG, Darmstadt, of which Mr. Achinger was a member with interruptions from January 2002 to May 2007, appointed Mr. Achinger as interim chairman of the company's Management Board.
Apart from serving as chairman of the Supervisory Board of MAGIX AG, Mr. Achinger does not hold seats on statutory Supervisory Boards or comparable supervisory bodies in other national or international commercial enterprises.
Dr. Peter Coym
Dr. Peter Coym, deputy chairman of the Supervisory Board, served as member of the Management Board of Lehman Brothers Bankhaus AG as well as managing director of Lehman Brothers Inc., New York from 1993 to 2005; from 2005 to 2008 he was a member of the advisory board of Lehman Brothers Germany. From 1994 to 2003, he was also a member of the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Börse AG and from 1994 to 2005 a member of the stock exchange council of Eurex Germany, where he served as chairman of the stock exchange council from 2003 to 2005. From 1997 to 2005, he was a member of the German Central Capital Market Committee and from 2002 to 2005 a member of the Stock Market Expert Commission. From 2003 to 2006, Dr. Coym was a member of the advisory board of the German Federal Bank in Frankfurt. Furthermore, he was a member of the Association of Foreign Banks in Germany e.V. for thirteen years as well as serving as chairman of the Management Board from 2001 to 2005.

Dierk Borchert
Dierk Borchert was the long-standing international partner and manager of Arthur Andersen Germany. From 1979 to 1993, he served as director of the audit department in the central office in Frankfurt. From 1993 onwards, his focus as a senior partner lay on mergers & acquisition consultation. Since 1999, Mr. Borchert has worked as a freelance management consultant and accountant. From 1999 to 2003 (acquisition by a strategic investor), he was chairman of the Supervisory Board of the IT consulting firm Ascena AG, Mannheim.
